Quick Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
Fresh goat cheese
Vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
Caperberries, sliced
Canned anchovies, fried crispy in vegetable oil
Baby basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

After assembling the freshest and best ingredients, preparation is easy: layer ingredients, in order, on slices of fresh-from-the-oven bread. (Gair use’s the Trough’s deep-fried bread ball.)
