6 Vegetarian Dishes to Try Now That You’re Cutting Back on Bacon

These perfect-for-autumn dishes are hearty, comforting…and completely meat-free.

The World Health Organization deemed processed meats to be “probably carcinogenic” today—bad news for bacon lovers. But a diet with a few more veggies isn’t anything to be scared of. We’ve collected a few of our favourite hearty, comfort-food vegetarian dishes from our Recipe Finder for you below to help ease the pain.

1. Sorrel and Ricotta Frittata

Sub in spinach if you can’t track down sorrel. This makes a killer breakfast, or pair it with a salad and crusty bread for a simple meat-free meal.
