6 Vegetarian Dishes to Try Now That You’re Cutting Back on Bacon

These perfect-for-autumn dishes are hearty, comforting…and completely meat-free.

The World Health Organization deemed processed meats to be “probably carcinogenic” today—bad news for bacon lovers. But a diet with a few more veggies isn’t anything to be scared of.
