Dressed head-to-toe in white, throngs converged at Concord Pacific Place for Canada’s largest Diner en Blanc pop-up picnic. Produced by The Social Concierge’s Jordan Kallman and Tyson Villeneuve, Vancouver’s maestros of fun, 6,000 lucky guests snapped up invitations to the now-annual tradition that originated in Paris 28 years ago.
