| You can have your chocolate and drink it too now that YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is underway. Cafés, restaurants, shops and hotels across the city are serving up gourmet hot chocolate creations throughout the month of February. We're craving cocoa topped with homemade marshmallows by Bernard Callebaut, Drunk Winterlust (a heady mix of essence of Earl Grey, white chocolate and Disarono) at Higher Ground and Heartland Cafe's chai- and cayenne pepper-infused Bombay Chocolat. Of course, true chocolate lovers will try the full list.
