The 14,000 square foot warehouse studio was packed with Western Canada’s
brightest and best designers.
A star-studded design crowd gathered at Vancouver's Masik Studios on September 15 to celebrate the best and brightest talents in seven categories: Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Fashion/Jewellery Design, Eco Design, Industrial Design, Landscape Design.
Honorary Chair Martha Sturdy and Editor-in-Chief Anicka Quin presented awards to the Designers of the Year and Ones to Watch, and Geoffrey Erickson bestowed the Arthur Erickson Memorial Award for emerging architects to Winnipeg's 5468796 Architecture. Following the ceremony, guests shopped furniture and home products in the silent auction, perused the stunning work of the finalists and winners, and toasted the designers over hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
